Jacquard webbing can be divided into several types according to the pattern method

The application of jacquard webbing and jacquard elastic band is also more and more extensive. Generally, webbing can be divided into plain webbing, twill webbing, satin webbing and so on according to its texture method.

1. Plain weave: General plain weave is low-density and low weave, and the plain weave is flat, and there is no special twill weave. The warp and weft of the plain weave are interwoven in a pattern of one up and down, and the plain weave is a yarn from the warp direction or the weft direction. Look, it's just one up and down. Since the plain weave yarns are interlaced every other non-slip tape yarns, there are many interlacing points and yarn buckling points. The advantages of plain weave webbing: there are many interweaving points, the texture is firm, wear-resistant, stiff, the surface is smooth, and the front and back sides have the same appearance.

2. Twill: Twill is high-density and high-weave. The density of the twill is definitely higher than that of the plain weave, so it is stronger. The surface texture of the twill fabric is very clear. It presents a three-dimensional twill texture. From the perspective of a yarn in the warp or weft direction, the twill is only two up and down, two up and two down, three up and down, one up and three down, or other things. Single-sided twill: such as twill, single-sided khaki, the front side is clear and obvious, and the back side is blurred. Double-sided twill: such as gabardine, double-sided khaki, serge, etc., the front and back textures are basically the same, but the diagonal is opposite. The front grain of single yarn fabric is inclined from left to right and downward; the grain of half-line fabric or full-line fabric is inclined from left to right. Twill webbing features: There are front and back sides. There are few interweaving points in a complete weave cycle, longer floating lines, soft hand feeling, good elasticity, higher density of weave fabric, thicker products, and stronger three-dimensional sense of weave.

3. Satin weave: Satin weave has front and back sides. There are few interweaving points in a complete weave cycle, and the floating threads are also long. The surface of the webbing is almost entirely composed of floating threads in the warp or weft direction.

Because the warp and weft are interwoven once at least 3 yarns, the satin weave makes the fabric denser, so the fabric is thicker. Satin weave products are more expensive than similar plain weave and twill weave products. Fabrics woven with satin weave are collectively referred to as satin fabrics. The satin fabric is soft in texture. The belt surface is smooth, delicate and shiny. Shiny.
